Domestic (US) Orders
Domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment are free!
To set up a return or exchange, go to our Domestic Perfect Return/Exchange Portal at returns.theperfectjean.nyc The portal gently guides you (think soothing thoughts) through the return/exchange process (it's real easy). You'll choose whether you're returning or swapping for a new size, wash, or cut. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label too (so good - jeanius!).
Exchanges will ship shortly after the product is placed into the mail to be returned. You also have an “instant exchange” option if you would like to get your exchange shipped immediately. You enter your credit card information & your card is authorized to ensure it is valid. This is NOT a charge and drops off when your original order is scanned into the mail. You would only be charged if your return is not dropped in the mail within 30 days.
International (Non-US) Orders
We offer easy returns for International orders.To set up a return or exchange goto our International Perfect Return/Exchange Portal at returns.openborder.com/theperfectjean.
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges on International Orders (yet, we are working on it), so if you need another size or style, we suggest returning the original order for a refund and placing a new order on the website!
Refunds are initiated after a quick inspection at the warehouse. Funds typically arrive back within 5 biz days (though occasionally longer - we've seen 14 days+ on rare occasions).
