When sizing yourself, they are right on saying picking your size or just the next size down. I am a 33-34 waist and a 33-34 length. I had lost so.e weight and size of my waist down to a 32", so I picked the 32" and with the stretch material, fits perfect. I am 5'11", at about 195-200 lbs.
