How long does shipping usually take?

Orders in by 1:30pm EST are typically shipped same day.

Free standard shipping typically 3-5 biz days (often quicker)

Expedited shipping nearly always arrives in the time frame ordered, though carriers are carriers and shipments can occasionally be delayed.

Where do you ship from?

We have two fulfillment centers (one in PA, one in CA). Your order typically ships from the closest warehouse to get to you quickly.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

I need to exchange or return my order.

Returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment are free! To setup a return or exchange go to our Perfect Return/Exchange Portal.

How do I care for my jeans?

For Perfect Men

Ideally, wash inside out in cold water and hang to air-dry.

For Imperfect Men

Throw them suckers in the laundry like the rest of your clothes (best to dry on LOW heat). Or don’t wash them at all (like the rest of your fucking clothes). Our fabric is durable and will do just fine. (NOTE: Bandit/Black should always be washed inside out)
